The Oracle SaaS products for planning and controlling customer experience are grouped under the topic Oracle CX Cloud by DOAG. This also includes the supply of customer-oriented Self-service functions and mobile components.

With the ERP Cloud and SCM Cloud, Oracle offers companies of all sizes and industries a fully integrated ERP system to improve business processes along the entire value chain. Companies today work in globally networked, cross-company structures that must be mapped by the ERP system. Different structures have to be considered, e.g. bookings according to international standards. In addition, country-specific legal regulations must be considered.
