Open Park at Javaland – What’s in store for me?

  • Javaland

Javaland wouldn’t be the same without all its fantastic rides to enjoy! At 6pm, it’s once again Open Park time! And since there will be so many things going on for you, we put together a how-to guide to making the best of it!

So if the weather plays along, first thing should be heading towards Black Mamba rollercoaster, which travels the peaks and valleys of Africa with 80 km/h. Another highlight is Colorado Adventure – race at breakneck speed through the huge cliffs and canyons of the Colorado Mountains! Both these rides are open from 6pm to 8pm. Easy to reach and good fun for in-between: “Wellenflug”, right in the middle of the conference area and open till 10pm! And for those of you who like it quieter: you might have noticed the Merry-go-round at the entrance – simply a classic.

It’s cold and rainy? No problem – all the other rides operate in all weathers. We can definitely recommend “Maus au Chocolat”, a sort of grouse shooting out of cars. Winja’s Fear & Winja’s Force, on the other hand, is a fast spinning indoor rollercoaster. If you enjoy weird, Alice-in-Wonderland-type experiences, then “Das verrückte Hotel Tartüff” is for you! Last but not least: Pirates in 4D is an entertaining adventure show under the skull and crossbones flag.

Beer and Bratwurst

Javaians with a weak stomach should consider postponing dinner though! In this case, simply head towards restaurant Kaiser Snack whenever you feel like it – from 9pm to 11pm we’ll be offering hearty German Bratwurst and Currywurst. Don’t forget to grab a cold beer with it. All others can enjoy a full-fledged meal in one of these restaurants: “Unter den Linden”, “Kaiser Snack”, and “Tacana” (open from 6pm to 9pm).

Speaking of cold beers – these will be served from 6pm in JUG Café and Jatumba Café, as well as in the Community Hall. The latter is definitely worth a visit anyway: From 9.30pm, Miss Kavila will be rocking the stage. And all your friends and colleagues will be there, too!
