Events in the DACH Region
Our cooperation partners AOUG (Austrian Oracle User Group) und SOUG (Swiss Oracle User Group) grant discounts on various events to DOAG members. You find these events in the applicable event calendar.
Discount on training courses
With your DOAG membership, you receive a discount between 10 to 15 percent on standard training courses at the following selection of training companies:
- ORDIX AG: DOAG members receive a 10 percent discount on all seminars of the ORDIX training program.
- MuniQSoft GmbH: The company grants a 15 percent discount on regular prices to all DOAG members.

DOAG PremiumCard: The Event Flat Rate
Are you participating in multiple DOAG conferences? Then the DOAG PremiumCard, exclusively available for our members, is the right thing for you! For € 1950 (plus VAT) per year, you participate in the yearly conference and the majority of DOAG events free of charge and you save ready cash with each visit. The DOAG PremiumCard is non-transferable.
It can be terminated with a three months' notice to the end of the year. When the DOAG membership of the card holder ends, the contract ends with the end of the applicable current calendar year.
Please note that the number of participants is limited for many DOAG events.

Membership Fees Overview
Companies with fewer than 500 permanent employees, counting in regular staff, civil servants, or other persons occupied on the basis of a service contract.
Each corporative member may name any number of further employees as associated members. These employees are exempt from the fee.
Corporative members name an employee as representative. This representative exercises the right to vote for the member and represents it legally binding in the DOAG.
Each corporative member is classified into the appropriate fee level upon joining or with a membership fee regulation coming into effect in the applicable version. If the classification of the member changes, this must be communicated immediately. Changes in the course of the year are not considered, but only the following year. Notifications received from the 15th November only result in a change in the year after next.

Natural members in job training are exempt from the fee by presenting a suitable proof. The exemption ends with the expiration of the calendar year that follows the year of the final exam. If the job training ends prematurely, the member is obliged to inform the DOAG immediately. The proof may be sent per e-mail as PDF.
Student members are exempt from the fee on presentation of a certificate of matriculation of an officially recognized university. The exemption ends with the expiration of the calendar year that follows the year of the last proved semester by the certificate of matriculation.
A certificate of matriculation must be submitted for each semester without being asked. The proof may be sent per e-mail as PDF.
1. The membership fee of the DOAG is charged as a yearly fee. In case of entry in the association during the year, the fee must be paid partially and half-yearly, accordingly. In case of entry from the 15th November of a year, no fee must be paid.
2. Fees are due on 1st January each year. In case of entry in the course of the year on receipt of invoice.
3. Yearly fees are tiered prices as listed below.
4. Provided that fees are subject or will be subject to sales tax, the sales tax will be listed and charged separately.
5. The board may abstain from withdrawal of the membership fee on reasoned submission for cause. The board shall work towards a subsequent payment of the due fee when personal or economical circumstances have improved.
