JavaLand 2025: The Call for Papers in figures

The Call for Papers for JavaLand 2025 ended on September 26 at midnight. We have summarized some figures for you.

First of all, we would like to thank all speakers, newcomers and training partners for their numerous submissions. We are keeping our fingers crossed for the upcoming evaluation phase so that your offer is accepted! 

Call for Papers

Almost 470 presentations were submitted for the 13 topics via the Call for Papers for JavaLand 2025. These will soon be viewed and evaluated by our program committee and the evaluators. Speakers will then receive feedback as to whether their presentation has been accepted or rejected. Publication of the agenda is planned for mid-November.

Newcomer Program

For the Newcomer Program, 23 applications were submitted by first-time speakers who would like to celebrate their stage debut at JavaLand 2025 and showcase their knowledge. The newcomers will shortly receive feedback as to whether they will take part and will be assigned an experienced mentor who will support them in preparing their presentation.

Training day

For the JavaLand 2025 training day on April 3, 28 applications were submitted for all-day workshops on a wide range of topics. These will now also be viewed and evaluated. We will inform you about the selection as soon as the workshops are finalized.
