Frank Hoffmann

Frank is developing Software with Oracle Technologies since 1994. First as Oracle Consultant for Opitz Consulting and later as Senior Consultant for Oracle Bonn in Germany. He has founded Cologne Data in 1999 and his company is focused as Oracle Gold Partner / Cloud Builder on the latest Oracle development tools. His company has developed many complex Oracle Forms and Oracle Webportals and is supporting his customers as Consultant. He is author of many Red Stack articles, speaks on DOAG conferences and works close together with the ORACLE product managers of Oracle Forms and Oracle Visual Builder.
