      Sebastian is Consulting Member of Technical Staff within the Maximum Availability Architecture Product Management team.

      Being responsible for database high availability and disaster recovery architecture in Germany for +10 years he finally joined the MAA team after a short digression, in which he worked for the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Database Service team to support the development of the Database service offering with his Oracle database expertise.

      Sebastian worked as a Sales Consultant for Oracle for more than 15 years and supported customers in designing maximum availability solutions for the Oracle database, including VM, disaster recovery, engineered systems, clustering and other connecting technologies to support 24x7 architectures at customers.

      Now finally after an additional 4 years of designing and architecture solutions around database services in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure - where he was one of the few members based out of EMEA - he is now providing the MAA team, with whom he closely interacted for years, with his cloud expertise to enhance MAA in and around Cloud.
