For the seventh time, the NetSuite community gathered at the European NetSuite User Days for a big reunion and knowledge exchange. This time, it took place on November 17 and 18, 2025, for the fourth time in a row at the NCC Nuremberg.

The event offered a varied program centered around NetSuite, with a strong practical focus on AI, ERP, finance, and production topics. Particular attention was paid to applications in Europe. As in previous years, the exchange between users, consulting firms, and technology partners was the main focus, both in the specialist sessions and in the relaxed atmosphere of the evening events.

Day 1: Main topics and highlights

The event kicked off on Monday, November 17, with Martin Kalkuhl, Head of the European NetSuite User Days Initiative at DOAG, opening the event with “Oops, we did it again.” With charm and wit, he welcomed both the participants on site in Nuremberg and those watching from home on their screens – because the plenary sessions were streamed live for the first time. In the opening, Martin reported on the successful Partner Day on the eve of the event, where more than 30 partner companies had already exchanged ideas about the topic of collaboration. He called all representatives of the Contribution Partners onto the stage by name and thanked them for jointly creating the program and organizing the event. Special thanks also went to Kasi-Färcher Haag, without whom the NetSuite User Group would not exist.

It was particularly impressive that the nearly 170 participants came from more than 16 different countries. Some even traveled from as far away as San Francisco, Texas, and Toronto to be there in person.  The welcome speech flowed smoothly into Mathias Reinecke's keynote  “NetSuite Product & Strategy Update – AI in Action.” In it, the NetSuite Regional Product Manager for the DACH and Benelux regions provided valuable first-hand insights into NetSuite's future strategic direction, particularly with regard to AI-based functionalities. Participants also had the opportunity to ask their questions directly to the NetSuite product team.

After the keynote speech, there was a short break, which provided an opportunity to visit the exhibition and engage in exciting, inspiring conversations. This was followed by three breakout sessions taking place simultaneously. At the same time, our speakers shared their expertise on the following topics: “Multi-entity accounting doesn't have to mean chaos” (Silviya Handzhieva & Orcun Dursun), “Customer Success Story Eraneos Group” (Marcus Müller), “OAuth2.0 for NetSuite – Demystifying the preferred ‘Authentication’ method” (Simon Camilleri)

In the afternoon, topics such as “How to optimize cash visibility & forecasting in the age of AI” (Daniel Rincker & Patrick Buckley) were on the agenda. The day ended with a panel discussion on “Manufacturing & Supply Chain” and a networking evening with happy hour and an exclusive dinner. Finally, the participants headed to the rooftop bar at the CloudOne Hotel for an after-show drink. Here, there was plenty of space to engage in in-depth conversations, as networking was once again a top priority.

Day 2: More fascinating sessions and a successful conclusion

Martin Kalkuhl welcomed participants and online viewers at 9:50 a.m. to the second and final day of European NetSuite User Days 2025.

The morning set the tone for a second day of informative conference presentations, featuring outstanding contributions such as “Bridging the Gap: How Client-Side Leadership Turns NetSuite Projects into Global Success Stories” (Ben Rowley & Mark Saywell), “Finance-Ready NetSuite for the EU Market: What CFOs Really Need in 2026” (Natalia Shilova), and “The Future of AP, Automation & AI” (Frank Hardeman & Dr. Niek Beijneveld).

Three master classes were held in the meeting room on the mezzanine level of NCC East from 10:00 a.m. to 1:45 p.m., giving participants the opportunity to delve deeply into a specific topic. The three master classes covered the following deep dive topics:

  • Custom Records Masterclass: NetSuite's Hidden Powerhouse with Menno Verbon
  • SuiteAnalytics Workshop: Maximizing Business Visibility with NetSuite Analytics Workbooks with Maximilian Strobel
  • AI for Everyone: Demystifying NetSuite’s MCP Connector with Tuba Mohsin

Tuba Mohsin's master class in particular exceeded all expectations, with 25 participants instead of the 16 places originally planned, clearly demonstrating how eager NetSuite fans are to learn. The subsequent questions in the Q&A sessions clearly extended beyond the lunch break.

The last two sessions of the second day consisted of two interactive discussion panels. The “Spend Management and AP Panel: Navigating the Challenges and the Impact of AI” was moderated by Frank Hardemann. This was immediately followed by the panel “The Inevitable Evolution: Navigating NetSuite's AI Strategy and the Future of ERP for SuiteApp Partners.” There was a lively exchange on the topic of AI. Peter von Zimmermann and Katharina Klein moderated the panel.

A closing session combining strategy, technology, and practical application rounded off a successful seventh edition of the European NetSuite User Days, and we are already looking forward to welcoming you back again next year.
