Gurmeet Goindi on the new Exadata SL6

During the Oracle OpenWorld 2016, Oracle announced the new Exadata SL6. "SL" here stands for "Sparc Linux". Gurmeet Goindi, Oracle Product Manager Exadata, speaks in an interview with Reinhold Böttcher, Deputy Responsible for Engineered Systems at DOAG, about the new machine. He also talks about Oracle’s roadmap for the Exadata machines and their plans for the licensing of the in-memory option.
